About Us
Established in 2003, Mellow Spring Child Care Service is a not-for-profit, community-based early years' service dedicated to providing high-quality care, support, and education for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
We offer an inclusive environment where each child’s growth and development is prioritised. Our service caters to a diverse range of families, including working parents, parents in training or education, and sponsored children through HSE and PHN referrals.

We support up to 130 children daily with both full-time and part-time care. We also offer ECCE-funded preschool programs, providing free early childhood education over a two-year period to children preparing for national or special schools, helping each child build a strong foundation in their learning journey.
Our Team
Our team consists of 34 skilled staff members, including a Manager, Childcare Supervisor, full-time practitioners, part-time practitioners, and AIM practitioners who specialise in supporting children with additional educational needs. Our support team also includes 2 Administrators, a full-time and part-time cook, a housekeeper, and a handyman, all working together to ensure a safe and enriching environment for every child.
